Beautiful picture - but what a heart-breaking accompanying story. I'm always amazed here, too, how many people live depending on hand-outs from strangers.

That's so true, Zam. I've seen people on boats with their small children tapping the side of a ship with a bamboo to beg for money. If only our government would pay attention to the needs of their citizens... *sigh*
This picture is a poster material. No need for words to convey the message. Great shot.
