@ Raquel and JoyismyGoal: No, that's the real color before the actual cooking. I have adjusted the contrast though. @ ZJ: yup, it's quick. 18minutes in a boiling water and it's done. It's my 1st time to cook this crustacean though and thanks God for info available in the Net.
