Bigay ng kaibigan kong si Grace, ang souvenir na ito ay galing Dubai. Buti pa cya o, likod pa lang ginto na!

Translation: This souvenir from Dubai is a gift from my friend Grace.

LP: Tanso

Hindi tanso! Bakal lang yata ito. Namumula na bakal dahil kinakalawang na.

Translation: This is definitely not copper. It's just a piece of metal, turned reddish because of the rust.

LP:Liwaliw

Eto and paboritong gawin namin pagmay oras kaming mamasyal. Ang saya naman talaga maligo sa dagat man o sa pool lalo na kung mainit ang panahon!


Translation: Here's something we love to do when time permits. Now it really is fun to take off the clothes and just enjoy the coolness of the waters -especially on hot summer days.

LP: AKO

Matanda na. May wrinkles at varicose na. Nde yata klaro sa litratong ito pero nadyan sila, maniwala kayo :-)

Translation: Old me and my wrinkled and varicose-laden foot. Okay, they're not too clear but trust me, they definitely inhabit my feet.

LP: Dalampasigan

Na post ko na 'to nuon kaya pagpasensyahan nyo na inulit na naman. Kuha ito sa Bantayan Island.

I have posted this one before. Anyway, this was taken in Bantayan Island. Other shots of the coast in Bantayan Island can be found here, here and here.

LP: Luntian

Paboritong kulay ko ito. :-) Obvious na obvious naman ito sa header pa lang ng blog.

Translation: I am partial to shades of green -and that's pretty obvious judging from the look of this blog. In some points of my life, it has become an obsession.

LP: Pag-iisang Dibdib

Mga apat na taong nakalipas, eto kami noon.

Translation: A photo from our wedding four years ago. When I look at this shot -or my wedding pics, I can't help but feel tickled. I still remember the stress of the wedding preparation. But there's nothing like the stress of wearing a gown, a three-inch sandals and an itchy veil. Plus, plus the stress of smiling before the camera bazillion of times!

LP: Ihip ng Hangin

Kuha sa Sta Fe, Bantayan Island, Cebu 4 na taon ang nakalipas. Yong weather doon ay unpredictable. Dumating kami na maaliwalas ang panahon pero kinabukasan medyo bumabagyo na (kahit walang advisory na may bagyo). Walang barge na bumiyahe sa araw ding yon.

Translation:
Taken in Sta Fe, Bantayan Island, Cebu four years ago on a stormy day. We - hub and I- were at the back of our room, just enjoying the scene down below. The island is a perfect place to be if you want some quiet time by the beach. It still is my favorite holiday spot (Boracay comes second only). The weather is just unpredictable though - it was sunshine-y when we arrived in the island but the following day it was stormy.

LP: Mahal Na Ina (Mama)

Sabi nila walang katumbas sa pag-aalaga at pagmamahal ng isang ina. Totoo. Agree ako nito kaya naman espesyal ang litratong ito para sa 'kin.

Ito ang sa alagang inahin ng Tatay ko. Inabangan ko talaga sila. At salamat naman at hindi nasayang ang oras na pinalipas ko sa pag-aabang at pag-oobesrba sa kanila. Sinuwerte yata ako nung araw na 'yon.

Na post ko na din pala ito sa Makimeji.

They say nothing beats a mother's love and care. True. I agree. And that's why I chose this shot even if this was already published at Makimeji. It took time to get this done but this is all worth the wait.

LP: Malungkot

Na post ko na 'to dito pero minarapat kong ulitin ang pagpost nito dahil para sa akin eto ay isang nakakalungkot na realidad sa ating bansa (at wala rin akong ibang litratong nahanap para ngayong Huwebes :-) . Ito ay karaniwang makikita sa mga piers pero ito ay kuha ko sa Cebu port.

Translation: I've already posted this pic in one of my WW posts (titled Reality) but I decided to post this again because I believe this is one of the sad truths in this country. It's a usual sight in majority of the sea ports here but this one, I took (using of my cam phone) while we were docking in Cebu port.

Chocolate Hills, Bohol

Kung naka akyat kayo sa observation deck ng Chocolate Hills, tiyak na pamilyar sa inyo ito. Eto ang posteng may mensaheng nakakaiyak ng tamtaks.

Pero sa seryosong usapan, sana naman. Kapayapaan, kaibigan.

Translation: This may look familiar to you. Taken at the observation deck of the Chocolate Hills. Peace!

Apat Na Kanto

Waaaa! Nde ako nakahanda ngayon (palagi naman talaga akong nde handa a!). Pero maykukunan sana ako para sa tema ngayong Huwebes, kaso lang wala ng oras. So ngayon naghanap ako ng naghanap sa photobucket kung may litrato ba dun na angkop sa tema.

Eto lang yong nakita ko na malapit-lapit dun sa apat na kanto, kaya pagpasensyahan nyo na. :-)

In English: I'm not prepared today (but then I'm not always prepared!). I really planned to make shots for this week's theme but didn't have time to spare. So instead, I searched my Photobucket for a fitting photo.

I hope this one suits the theme.

Tatlo Ang Sulok Ko

Ito po ay ang pinakaunang entry ko para sa Litratong Pinoy. Sa linggong ito ang tema ay tatsulok.

Ang litratong ito ay kuha ko sa Ysalina Bridge, Cagayan de Oro City (malapit sa CDO Cathedral) nung isang taon.

Tatsulok na buntings na sinasabit pagpiyesta. Tatsulok na steel support ng bridge. Tatsulok na shadows :-)

Translation: This is my first photo entry for the Litratong Pinoy. This week's theme is Triangle. This is a shot taken last year of the Ysalina Bridge, Cagayan de Oro City (near the city's Cathedral).

These are triangular buntings, steel support... and added as an afterthought, shadows. :-)
