Ranting!

I hate it when I see that my internet connection looks like this. Early this morning, it looked very much like this and I am so bummed. It also happened yesterday.

I was so annoyed. I imagined myself calling Customer Service and reporting my problem. But since I work for the company offering this Broadband service and I'm part of the technical team that the Customer Service would eventually endorse this problem to, I found myself shutting up and troubleshoot the problem myself.
